Startup Strava Challenge

At Quick Left we love bikes almost as much as we love building web and mobile applications. Almost. So in celebration of National Bike Month, we thought it would be really fun to gather fellow bike-enthusiast companies to join forces in friendly competition while raising money for their preferred non-profit. Don’t bike, no problem. Running hurts so your mileage should count too, we even think it’s worth more. Team members who exercise without wheels will receive twice as many miles, as long as it’s GPS tracked.

Meet the Team: QLer Rachel

Keeping up with our Meet the Team series, Rachel joined the team late last year to head up our marketing department. Since then, she has not only whipped our online presence into shape and fostered many successful events and relationships, but she has also biked over 4000 miles. Between Quick Left and racing her bike, she is also one of 3 partners who created Colorado Women's Cycling Project. Rachel's life is a rhythm of bikes, bikes, bikes, beers and now - code: the guys and gals are teaching her what they know. While the Tennessee accent doesn't come through over twitter, catch her if you can @missbikesalot.

Get on Your Bikes and Ride: Summer Bike to Work Day and Beyond

Quick Left is a world class mobile web and app development company but that doesn’t really describe us as a team. Come hang out with QL and you will quickly learn who we really are; bike nerds. Every Monday morning you can hear tales of what trails were discovered, how many vertical feet were climbed, most mileage ridden, biggest power profile, and how many strava segments were owned (and yes, there's a Quick Left Bike Gang Strava group).
