Quick Left Does Portland Startup Week 2015!

We’ve been a staple in every inaugural Startup Week scene starting in 2010 with Boulder Startup Week (any coincidence that Quick Left was founded in the same year?). When Denver Startup Week kicked off two years ago, you bet we were involved as a sponsor, speaker and event host. Now in its first year (along with several other cities nationally and globally), Portland is hosting its first Startup Week, and coincidentally we just opened our new office in the heart of downtown. And, yep, you guessed it – we’ll be there in Quick Left style February 2-6 because we can’t miss a party.

For those that aren’t familiar, here’s why we love Startup Week so much:

Startup Week brings entrepreneurs, local leaders, and friends together over five days to build momentum and opportunity around your community’s unique entrepreneurial identity. Join in a celebration led by entrepreneurs and hosted in the entrepreneurial spaces you love.

Over the course of five days, participants in Startup Week can choose the events they’d like to attend. So join us at one of our three events that we’re hosting. We’ve got everything from engineering tutorials and our famed hackfests to a thought-provoking, data-driven talk from our CEO on how to get more women in tech.

We’ve been a startup, worked with startups and helped large companies act like startups to create some of the most innovative web and mobile software out there. It takes collaboration, a forum to share your ideas, smart people with drive in the same room -and what better than a week designed to develop and support thriving startup communities to do this? Startup Week is something that you don’t want to miss. Trust me – speaking from experience here. Say hi to Ingrid, Scott, Mark and me while you’re at it. We’d love to connect with you.
